Projects not bid by the job will be billed at the following labor rates unless otherwise agreed upon:

Less than one day: $50 per hour, 2 hour minimum.*
Less than one week: $40 per hour.*
More than one week: $35 per hour.*

*does not include any additional costs that may be
  required for materials, equipment rental, permits,
  subcontractors, disposal fees or sales taxes.

$50, due at the conclusion of our first meeting.  If I perform your work, this will be deducted from the final invoice.

Projects beyond a 15 mile radius of Tempe, Arizona (click here to map it) may be subject to a daily trip charge on a case by case basis.

Full payment in the form of cash or check (no credit cards at this time) is due immediately upon completion of work performed, or at intervals as outlined in the contract.
